We’re Proud to be Burnley’s Medium Business of the Year

We’re incredibly proud to have been named Medium Business of the Year at the 2026 Burnley Business Awards.

From our humble beginnings in Burnley in 1905 to the business we are today, we’ve always been proud of our local roots. More than 120 years later, Burnley remains at the heart of who we are, and it was a real honour to receive this recognition alongside so many brilliant businesses from across the town.

This award belongs to every member of Team Birchalls. It’s a reflection of the hard work, commitment and dedication shown across the business every day.

Whether it’s taking customer orders, making deliveries, picking products in the warehouse, supporting our operations or keeping everything running behind the scenes, every colleague plays an important part in our continued success.

A huge congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted businesses. It was fantastic to see so many local companies come together to celebrate the people and organisations helping Burnley thrive.
