We are one of the UK and Europe’s leading producers and suppliers of high quality, sustainability sourced, frozen fish and seafood, specialising in shrimp. In 2021, we acquired Ruskim Seafoods to broaden our product range to include meat, dry goods and ingredients. As a result, we offer an unrivalled product range to all food service customers.

Prawns

More than 200 species of prawns are consumed worldwide are a brilliant source of Protein, Vitamin B, Selenium and Zinc. Prawns constitute one of the recommended two portions of seafood per week. A portion is around 140g.

The UK are the biggest consumers of cooked and peeled Coldwater Prawns globally. They hold a delicate, sweet flavour with a firm and juicy texture where their subtle flavours take centre stage usually in a classic prawn cocktail or premium sandwich filling

The King Prawn is hugely adaptable, widely used and very on trend in kitchens. When searching prawn recipes online the King Prawn is clearly dominant over the Coldwater prawn, being used in both starters and mains ; with a large spread of sizes, it is easy to incorporate this great source of protein to a dish served hot or cold!
