We are delighted to announce that long-serving manager, Andy Green, has been promoted to buying director.
Andy began his journey with us over 20 years ago in 2001 as a warehouse picker. Since then, he has progressed through the ranks, and now leads our buying operation.
Integral to our business, Andy has a wealth of trading experience and his knowledge of foodservice is invaluable. He is a much loved member of the Birchall team, and his work ethic and commitment is second to none.
We spoke to managing director, Justin Birchall, who said "I am confident that Andy will succeed in his new role. The experience he’s gained over the last 20 years gives him a great platform to help us drive the business forward."
In his new role, Andy will continue to work alongside director Keith Horner, and oversee the day to day running of the buying department.
