Two FWD Gold Medal Awards, One Very Proud Team

We’re very excited to share some brilliant news…

Birchall Foodservice has won Best Wholesaler (up to £50m) at the 2025 FWD Gold Medal Awards! 🎉

On top of that, our very own Jonny Carroll has been crowned this year’s Telesales Star. If you know Jonny, you’ll know just how well-deserved this is. His positivity, product knowledge and “leave-it-with-me-I’ll-sort-it” attitude make him a real favourite with customers and colleagues alike.

This double win is a huge moment for us as a family-run business. It reflects all the hard work that’s gone into improving OrderMate, growing our range, welcoming new customers and making life easier for caterers through our range of added services.

We also want to shine a big spotlight on Keri Donaldson, who was shortlisted for the Customer Development Award. She might not have taken home the trophy, but being a finalist in such a competitive category is a massive achievement, and we’re incredibly proud of everything she brings to the business.
