Delivered by Jacqui McPeake from JACS Allergen Management, this interactive session takes the mystery out of allergens and intolerance. Over 2–3 hours you’ll learn practical, easy-to-apply skills, including:
- What food allergies and intolerances really are
- The difference between allergy, intolerance and coeliac disease
- Legal responsibilities for allergen information
- How to manage cross-contamination
- Allergen risk and safe food handling in real-world settings
At the end, Jacqui leads a short quiz. Pass it and you’ll receive a certification showing you’ve completed the training.
